TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(a) We reserve the right to remove the site from the internet at any time, for any reason.
(b) All offers can be withdrawn or changed at any time.
(c) Orders are subject to a dispatch charge of £10.00 UK Sterling. We reserve the right to change this at any time.
(d) All orders will be delivered within 30 days of order date, although the turn around is normally 7 to 10 working days. Any delays will be communicated promptly using contact details supplied.
(e) Copyright on all images, design and graphics contained with in the site is under strict copyright protection. Law prohibits all reproductions.
(f) The customer has the right to return any goods for any reason brought through Frenkielart within 7 days of receiving the goods.
(g) On returning the goods all dispatch fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
(h) All refunds will be made within 30 days of goods being received in good condition.
(i) We will correct any mistakes in invoices, payments or receipts within 30 days
(j) The Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

All your details are safe when you shop with Frenkielart.

No credit card details should be e-mailed or placed on the site until the final stage of purchase where you will be prompted for payment details.
